SUS has so far established active and sound cooperation with more than 40 universities from 15 countries and regions in the world, mainly from the United States of America, South Korea, Japan, Germany, Finland, Australia, Canada, Russia, Brazil and other countries and districts. In 2006, the Ministry of Education of China granted the university the authority to admit overseas students with the Chinese Government Scholarship.
